What well-connected systems change

We don't promise numbers we can't evidence. These are the practical improvements projects are designed around.

Diagram of a connected workflowMessages from email, a web form and a spreadsheet flow into a workflow that reads, extracts and checks the information, then routes it to a CRM, team chat and a weekly report. • Less repetitive manual work

Routine steps such as copying data, sorting messages and assembling reports can be handled by software, with people reviewing the exceptions.

  • Tools that share information

Connect the systems you already use so records stay consistent and nobody re-types the same details.

  • More consistent workflows

Processes that run the same way every time, with a log of what happened and when.

  • Products built around your needs

Websites and applications designed for how you actually work, not adapted from a template.

  • Information that's easier to find

Search and assistants over your own documents, with references back to the source.

  • Support as requirements change

Documented, maintainable systems, plus optional support when you want help adapting them.

How a project runs

Six stages, with a written agreement on scope before development begins.

Read the full process
  1. Discovery

A conversation about what you need, the people involved and the constraints.

  2. Scope and proposal

A written proposal with deliverables, exclusions, price and timeline.

  3. Design and planning

Structure, interface designs or technical design, depending on the project.

  4. Development and implementation

Building in increments, with a preview or demo you can try.

  5. Testing and handover

Testing against the agreed acceptance criteria, then launch and handover.

  6. Ongoing support, where agreed

Optional updates, monitoring and improvements on a defined monthly scope.

Concept work

Until client case studies are approved for publication, we show how we would approach typical problems. These are illustrative concepts, not client engagements.

Questions people ask first

More answers on the FAQ page.

What happens on the first call?

We discuss what you need, ask questions about constraints and timing, and explain how we would approach it. There's no obligation, and we will tell you if another type of provider would suit you better.

Why don't all services show a price?

Some work, such as custom platforms or integrations with unfamiliar systems, cannot be priced responsibly without understanding the details. For those we provide a quotation after scoping.

Who owns what you build?

Ownership is defined in the agreement. Our standard position is that bespoke deliverables transfer to you on full payment, while pre-existing tools and open-source components remain under their own licences.

Can AI replace a member of staff?

We don't frame projects that way. AI is useful for specific tasks — reading, sorting, drafting — and works best with people reviewing its output where mistakes matter.

A short description is enough to start. We'll reply with questions, a suggested approach, or an honest note if we're not the right fit.
