About EQUILIO
EQUILIO helps businesses and individuals build useful digital products, simplify complex workflows and automate repetitive work through software and artificial intelligence.
Practical technology, thoughtful engineering
The name comes from equilibrium: technology should bring a business back into balance — less time on repetitive tasks, more on the work that needs people. Our logo reflects that idea: a frame with a module and a node at its centre, representing information moving steadily through a well-built system.
We work with organisations and individuals across the European Union and the United Kingdom, mostly remotely. We take on work we can deliver well, write down what we've agreed, and hand over systems that others can understand and maintain.

How we work
Say what's included — and what isn't
Proposals list deliverables, exclusions and assumptions so there are no surprises later.
Use AI where it's useful
We recommend AI for tasks it handles well, with review steps where errors would matter, and say plainly when a simpler approach is better.
Leave you in control
Accounts registered to you, code in your repository, and documentation written for the next person.
Be honest about evidence
No invented testimonials, logos or statistics. We publish client work only with permission.
The team
EQUILIO is led by its founder and director, Dmytro Zhovtenko, who runs client conversations and technical delivery personally. You'll speak with the person doing the work, not an account manager.
The team will grow as projects require. When specialists join a project, they're named in your proposal, work under the same agreement and confidentiality terms, and report through a single point of contact.
Where we work
We work with organisations and individuals across the United Kingdom and the European Union. Projects run remotely and in English, with one point of contact from the first conversation to handover.
